Child Custody & Visitation – Input from Children’s Therapists in Florida Court

Trial court can’t delegate its decision making authority to anyone else, including a therapist. “Reversal is required because the trial court cannot delegate its authority to another person to rule on the visitation details. There is no legal basis for allowing the children’s therapist to make the final call on when the new wife can be allowed to be in the presence of the children. This determination is solely within the province of a court of law.” Larocka v. Larocka
